Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. During busy periods (new moon releases, holidays), processing may take up to 5 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges
Our Policy
Due to the consumable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened tea packages. We want you to love your tea, and we stand behind the quality of our blends.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
Unopened Products
Unopened, sealed tea packages may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (minus shipping costs). Items must be in original, unopened condition.
